A. Create New Order

1. How do I create a new order/Shipment?

2. How many new orders can I create at a time?

You can create anywhere from 1 to 500 new orders at one go.

How do I create a request to pick shipments from my pickup point?

Get connect our BD team at Bhawna.mishra@parcelitscs.com.You will need to provide the following information while raising a pickup request:
Pickup point
- Expected number of packages to be picked up
- Pickup date, and estimated time (you can request a pickup for up to 2 days in advance)

1.How I Can download POD for delivered orders?

C. Rate Calculator

1.Can I know the estimated cost of my package?

Yes, we help you to calculate the estimated cost of moving your package. we calculate a charge using pricing from your Agreement with Parcel It. For any further clarification please contact your Business Development Manager.

2. What Is Billable Weight?

Whichever is higher in between volume weight & physical/actual weight is used as billable charge/Chargeable weight)

3. What is Service type and when to use which type?

This is a type of service in which we offer reliable and day-definite delivery
• SD - Standard service
• SDD - Same day delivery
• NDD - Next day delivery
This parameter defines the service level type to be used, if the shipment has to be delivered on the same day then this will be SDD (Same Day Delivery); if the shipment has to be delivered on the next day then this will be NDD (Next Day Delivery); if the shipment has standard delivered service levels then this should be SD (Standard Delivery)
